Ingredients
  

  • 12 Eggs
  • Yellow mustard
  • Hellman/s light mayonnaise
  • Granulated sugar
  • Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Ground Mustard
  • White pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil eggs, then peel. Cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put in mixer bowl or food processor. Place egg whites in an egg tray to be refilled later. Mix ingredients with egg yolks to taste, blending. Refill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Carol uses a Pampered Chef spritzer cookie device.

Notes

Sorry I don't usually measure ingredients, just add to as needed to obtain good texture and consistency. I tend to like lots of mustard. Will try to get a ballpark of the amount of each ingredient.
