🥦🧅 🫑 We've been trying to eat more fruits 🥦🧅 🫑 We've been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables while we're back home and this stir fry was so good. I just heated a variety of veggies (broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, snap peas, onions, and asparagus) and stir fried them with just a teaspoon of sesame oil and some vegetable broth to prevent it from sticking to the pan. I made a light sauce from vegetable broth, low-sodium soy sauce, miran, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. So good! We had the homemade egg rolls in the freezer that we made from leftover egg roll in a bowl a few weeks ago. We just heated those in the air fryer instead of frying them. This was a delicious and satisfying meal and I could have again and again. How do you get more vegetables into your diet? #healthyliving #travelwell #vegetables #stirfry
